Booking & Payment

• Cancellation Policy Travelleia reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for services rendered. Additionally, cancellation penalties imposed by hotels, lodges, and service providers will be passed on. While Travelleia will attempt to negotiate or waive these fees, they remain at the discretion of third-party providers.Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  Certain services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking (e.g., flights, festive season deposits, special property deposits). These payments are non-refundable and are in addition to the cancellation charges above.Note: This cancellation policy applies to FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) bookings only. Group booking terms will be provided separately.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services during travel.
• Standard cancellation charges are as follows:
• To safeguard against cancellation costs, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in [Currency] and may be subject to change due to exchange rates or supplier adjustments

 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Southern Africa, including:

• Valid passport
• Required visas
• Vaccinations or health documentation

We provide general guidance but are not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions.

Liability Disclaimer

• We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
• We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties.
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) may affect service delivery.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared without consent. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your Jurisdiction.
